Eva (Ialongo) Rossi

Eva Rossi, age 81, passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2012, at her residence.  Eva was born in Italy on  February 1, 1931, daughter of the late Frank and Rosalina Ialongo.

On June 30, 1951, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church she was united in marriage to Adam Rossi, who preceded her in death on November 24, 2009.  Eva was a member of St. Lucy Catholic Church and member of Vittoria Colonna.   She devoted her life to her family and found great joy in gardening and cooking for her family and guests.  She will be dearly missed.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey (Charlene) Rossi of South Milwaukee; her granddaughters, Lisa (Greg) Place of Sheboygan, Angela Garcia of Oak Creek; her great-grandchildren, Vincent, Richard Jr. and Kenyon; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Nello (Adriana) Rossi, Ermetz (Dahlia) Rossi of Italy; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 22, 2012, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Henry Maibusch O.S.A. officiating.  Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Garden Mausoleum, Hwy 32.  Relatives and friends may meet with the family Saturday at the funeral home from 9 a.m. until time of service at 10 a.m. (A Vittoria Colonna Service will be held at 9:45 a.m.)
