Carolyn was co-founder of the Union Grove Area Food Bank. She was a former member of the Lioness Club, former board member of the Graham Public Library and the now-defunct swimming pool. She enjoyed her work there and time spent in Union Grove. In 2002 she moved to Racine and was currently a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. Carolyn was an avid knitter. She made numerous afghans which were given to family, friends and fund-raising organizations. She also enjoyed golf, playing cards, cooking and entertaining. Her children and grandchildren were the joy in her life and brought her much happiness with the time spent with them whether attending their events or phone conversation. She will be missed greatly.
