
Survivors include his daughter, Rebekah (Daniel) Turk of Racine; twelve nieces and nephews; many great-nieces and nephews, other relatives and dear friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sisters, Mary Coates Mullenburg and Rosalyn Tunink.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, January 14, 2010, at 11 a.m. at St. Edward Catholic Church, 1401 Grove Ave., with Rev. Allen Bratkowski and his great-nephew, Rev. Shawn Tunink concelebrating. Interment will follow at St. Charles Cemetery, Burlington, WI. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Thursday at the church from 10 a.m. until time of Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Hospice Alliance, 10220 Prairie Ridge Boulevard, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 or to the family have been suggested.
Bob’s family would like to thank all of the staff and volunteers with Hospice Alliance for going that extra mile in offering their excellent care, compassion, and friendship. We would also like to thank Sue and Larry Gundrum and David Lang for their selfless help and for being such a special part of Bob’s life.
