Judith 'Judie' M. (Eickhorst) Clark

Judith M. Clark, age 76, passed away Wednesday May 1, 2013, at her residence. Judith was born in Racine on March 16, 1937, daughter of the late Herbert and Martha (nee: Panyk) Eickhorst and had been a lifelong resident.

Judie graduated from Lutheran High School “Class of 1955.” On October 19, 1957, she was united in marriage to Bernard R. Clark at St. John’s Lutheran Church, where she was a member. Judie was employed at Dr. MacVicar’s office for over twenty years. Judie loved to go to rummage sales with her friends and to the casino. She also enjoyed reading and crocheting. More than anything, Judie will be best remembered for her love and commitment to her family. She will be dearly missed.

Survivors include loving husband of fifty five years, Bernie; children, Lisa DuMont-(Scott) Hemphill, Scott R. Clark; grandchildren, Robert and Sarah DuMont, Andrea, Jessica and Heather Hemphill; brother, John Eickhorst; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Francine Eickhorst, Charles (Peggy) Clark, George (Diane) Clark, Janice (Larry) Scheffler; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. In addition to her parents, Judie was also preceded in death by her grandson, Joey DuMont and her brother, James.

Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday, May 6, 2013, at 11 a.m., with Rev. Daniel R. Feldscher officiating. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Sunday from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. and on Monday from 10:30 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Memorials to Racine Lutheran High School, 251 Luedtke Avenue, Racine, WI 53405 have been suggested.
