Doris Jane Brodsko, age 88, passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2013, at Hospice House Racine. She was born in Racine on April 13, 1925, daughter of Emil and Ethel (Nee: Gulbrandsen) Chevalier.
On November 26, 1949, Doris was united in marriage to Andrew J. Brodsko.
Surviving are her children, Bruce A. Brodsko of Aurora, CO, Jane L. Brodsko of Racine, Connie (Tom) Lonergan of Racine; grandchildren, Kara Volpintesta, Jacob Brodsko, Joshua (Dorothy) Brodsko; great-grandchildren, April and Christian Brodsko; niece and nephew, Linda and Mark; other relatives and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and her brother, Raymond.
Per her wishes, no services will be held. Memorials to Hospice Alliance have been suggested.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff of Hospice Alliance for their loving and compassionate care.
