Judith M. (nee: Meyer) Lennon, 65, passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2012, in her home.
She was born in Milwaukee to the late John “Jack” and Grace (nee: Bloomer) Meyer on May 27, 1946, and had lived in Racine for the past nine years. She was united in marriage to Ernest John Lennon on November 14, 1971. She had been employed as a department manager at Wal-Mart in Lake Geneva until her retirement in 2003.
Judith attended St. Edwards Catholic Church in Racine. Her children, grandchildren, along with the Packers and Brewers gave her the most joy. She also loved reading, DSI puzzle games, and people-watching.
She will be dearly missed by her two sons, James (Barbara) and Robert Lennon; daughter, Kathleen Navarro-Lennon; five grandchildren, Krystle Roze Lennon, Michael, Eric, Grace, and Grant Navarro; great-granddaughter, Charlotte E. Lennon; two sisters, Joanie (Lloyd) Engel, Jeannie (Rick) Lant; three brothers, Joseph (Kimberly), Jerry (Julie), and John (Karen) Meyer; her favorite four-legged friend, Dutchess, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
A mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Edwards Catholic Church, 1401 Grove Ave., on Saturday, February 25, 2012, at 11 a.m. with Fr. Allen Bratkowski officiating. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the church on Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Wisconsin Donor Network, P.O. Box 2178 Milwaukee, WI 53201-2178.
