Alma L. Anderson, age 91, passed away Monday, March 5, 2012, at Manor Care, Kenosha, WI. Alma was born in Racine, June 14, 1920, daughter of the late Albert and Bertha (Nee: Bakul) Maurer.
On May 6, 1950, she was united in marriage to Arnold C. Anderson, who preceded her in death on January 30, 1990. She was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer. Alma enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include her daughters, Linda S. Anderson, Ellen J. Ison; two grandchildren, Marsha (Tim) Winsall, Lisa Ison; three great-grandchildren, Dylan Ison, Braxton and Mason Murray; brother, Walter Maurer; other relatives and dear friends. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her grandson, Eric Ison; three sisters, Bertha Vash, Ella Adams, Edna Krenzke; and two brothers, Alfred and Herbert Maurer.
Private services with interment at Country Haven Cemetery will be held.
