Neenah -- Beverly Alice Pollock, 83, passed away at Kindred Transitional Care & Rehabilitation Center – Vallhaven in Neenah, WI on Thursday, April 19, 2012.
Beverly was born in Iron Mountain, MI, to the late Joseph and Sarah (nee: Beer) Tippett on July 12, 1928. In Racine, she was united in marriage to Carl O. Pollock on May 3, 1948. They retired to Mesa, AZ. After Carl’s death, she moved to the Appleton area to be with her family.
Mrs. Pollock was a long-time member of Mt. Pleasant Lutheran Church. She was employed by Osco Drug at Turnstyle as a pharmacy technician. She will be remembered for her gardening, her ceramics and her love of family.
Beverly is survived by her children, Robert (Kathy) Pollock and Thomas (Patricia) Pollock; three grandchildren, Cheryl (Shane) Heule, Steven (Melissa) Pollock and Bobbie Jo Wilcox; eight great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl, on February 2, 1999; her sister, Dorothy (Joe) Masny; and her brother, Frances (Marge) Dyer.
Funeral services in honor of Beverly will be held at the Wilson Funeral Home on Sunday, April 29, 2012, at 2 p.m. with Rev. William R. Grimbol officiating. Private interment will be held at West Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet with the family from 1 p.m. until service time at 2 p.m.
