Mary Pavia, age 100, passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2012, at Tudor Oaks Health Center, Muskego, WI. Mary was born in Kenosha, WI, on August 29, 1911, daughter of the late Nicola and Victoria (Nee: Grosso) Belotti.
On October 21, 1933, in Racine, she was united in marriage to Nicola “Nick” Pavia, who preceded her in death on April 7, 1994. Mary was an active and lifelong member of the First Baptist Church. She was devoted to her family and will be deeply missed.
Survivors include her children, Allan (Kathryn) Pavia of Minneapolis, MN, Judith (James) McCabe of Louisville, KY; 7 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Emma Belotti, Angela (Frank) Chiapetta, Francys (James) Smith and Helen Belotti.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 12, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Tudor Oaks Health Center, S77 W12929 McShane Drive, Muskego, WI 53150 with Rev. Holly Anderle and Rev. Steven Jones officiating. Relatives and friends may meet with the family on Saturday, May 12, 2012, at Tudor Oaks from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Memorials to the First Baptist Church, or to the Department of Spiritual Care at Tudor Oaks have been suggested.
