Surrounded by his loving family, infant Jacob Pollock, received his wings, Thursday, August 26, 2010. Jacob was born August 26, 2010, son of John D. and Amy E. (Nee: Schlevensky) Pollock Jr.
Jacob is survived by his loving and devoted parents, John and Amy; his sisters and brothers, Ella, Heather, Jonathan, Damian and Kasey; his grandparents, Lee (Sylvia) Schlevensky, Carol Berg; aunts, uncles, other relatives and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, John Pollock Sr.
Private funeral services were held with interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Hwy 32. Memorials to the March of Dimes have been suggested.
