Delbert 'Del' A. Behling

Delbert “Del” A. Behling, age 79, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2013, at his residence.  Del was born in Lake Buelah, WI, on March 19, 1934, son of the late Delbert E. and Ellen J. (Nee:  Amon) Behling.

On January 9, 1954, he was united in marriage to Joy J. Clark.  Del was employed with Sweete Auto Supply, working for forty-one years, and owning the business for the last twenty five years, until his retirement in 1995.  Del loved working on automobiles, bowling, fishing, traveling to Hawaii, Aruba, England, and spending winters gambling in Las Vegas.   Most of all, he cherished time with his family and will be deeply missed.

Survivors include his loving wife of fifty-nine years, Joy; his children, James Behling, Shelley Behling, both of Racine; his grandchildren, Sean (Valerie) Behling, Dustin Behling, Collin Venn and Taylor Venn; great-grandchildren, Conrad, Annabelle and Brooklyn; brother, Lawrence (Mary Ann) Behling of Kenosha; sister, Nancy Conwell of Kenosha; brothers-in-law, Mike Reyes of Ohio, Allen Seeger of California; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother and sisters, Donald Behling, Marcia Behling and Merry Reyes.

Private services were held.
