Inez H. (Governatori) Hart

Inez H. Hart, age 85, passed away on Wednesday July 17, 2013, at her residence. Inez was born in Racine on August 15, 1927, daughter of the late Sigilfredo and Gina (nee: Pauselli) Governatori.

On October 29, 1949, she was married to the love of her life, Willis J. Hart, who preceded her in death on April 28, 1986. Inez was a member of St. Lucy Catholic Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening and maintaining her yard. Inez will be best remembered for her love and dedication to her family, especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include her children, David (Gail) Hart of Kenosha, Tim (Andrea) Hart, Vicki (Tom) Rohleder, all of Racine; grandchildren, Kyle (Caroline) Hart, Ryan Hart, Megan and Cassandra Rohleder; great-granddaughters, Isabella and Audrey Hart; sisters-in-law, Cheryl (Jim) Fries, Helen Hart, Donna Hart; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents and husband, Inez was also preceded in death by her brother, Louis Governatori.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Lucy Catholic Church, 3101 Drexel Ave., on Tuesday July 23, 2013, at 11 a.m., with Rev. Mark R. Jones officiating. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Garden Mausoleum, Hwy 32. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the church on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until time of Mass at 11 a.m. Memorials to Wheaton Franciscan All Saints Cancer Center have been suggested.

The family extends a special thank you to Dr. Choi and all the staff at WF-All Saints and to Vitas Hospice for all of their loving and compassionate care.
