Richard 'Rick' W. Schneider

Richard W. Schneider, age 51, passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2013, at Wheaton Franciscan – All Saints Medical Center. Richard was born in Kenosha on January 24, 1962, son of Reinhard and Lorraine (Nee: Lansing) Schneider.

Rick was actively involved volunteering for Racine Area Central Office, Grove Club Racine, Club Breakaway, Kenosha, and Alano Club Kenosha. He will be deeply missed.

Survivors include his sons, Ricardo Tagliapietra, Ryan Schneider; his mother, Lorraine Blazavier; brothers and sisters, Robert Schneider, Mel “Sonny” Dahl, Cheryl (Brett) Eisenhauer, Nancy Schneider, Janie Dahl; former wife and friend, Theresa VanLanduyt; nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.  He was preceded in death by his father, Reinhart Schneider; and brother, Lee Dahl.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, August 4, 2013, at 3 p.m. at Racine Area Central Office Chapter of AA, 3701 Durand Ave., Suite #225, Racine. Memorials to the Racine Area Central Office have been suggested.
