Delores L. (Falbe) Quella

Delores Lucille Quella, age 85, passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2014, at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints Medical Center.  She was born in Sheboygan on October 1, 1929, daughter of the late Charles and Muriel (nee: Beggs) Falbe.

On July 2, 1949,  she was united in marriage to Robert C. Quella Sr. Delores was a cosmetologist for 20 years and sold furniture for another 20 years at Lathrop Furniture and Total Furniture. She especially enjoyed time spent with her family, reading and crafts. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be dearly missed.

Surviving are her children, Cheryl (William) Flannery, Jeffrey (Ronnie) Quella, William (Valerie) Quella; extended family, Peggy (John) Burks and Nancy Miller; grandchildren, Bryon (Susie) Kwapil, Joy (Gregg) Guzikowski, Josh, Tyson, Shane, Alexandria Quella, Mercy (Kevin) Miller, Aaron (Kim) Burks, Marissa (Emanuel) Damasceno, Amanda Mudge , Adam (Jessica ) Palmer; 10 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews and dear friends.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sons, Robert Jr. and Jon Quella; sister, Marilynn Conwell; and her extended family member, Betsy Rowlands.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2014, at 1:30 p.m. at First Evangelical Free Church, 2401 Ohio St., with Reverend John Bodnar officiating. Relatives and friends may meet at the church from 12:30 p.m. until time of service.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the caregivers at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints Medical Center on 3B and the Becker-Shoop Center.
