Millie Montgomery, age 61, passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2014. Millie was born in Racine on July 18, 1953, daughter of the late Vladimir and Ida (Nee: Stotera) Djuricic.
Survivors include her daughters, Katie (Al) Wassil of Racine, Carla Montgomery of Denver, CO; her grandson, Emmett; sister, Donna (Robert) Aleo of AZ; special longtime friend and former husband, Jeff Montgomery; other relatives and dear friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two sisters, Ingrid Celmer and Angie DeMoulpied.
She was a strong and independent mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be greatly missed and remembered.
Out of respect for Millie’s wishes and preferences, she will be cremated and returned to the beauty of the earth that she deeply adored.
