Rosemary A. (Schneider) Drott

Rosemary A. Drott, age 88, passed away on Thursday, November 13, 2014, at her residence. Rosemary was born in West Bend, WI, on January 31, 1926, daughter of the late Nicholas and Loretta (Nee:  Niebler) Schneider.

On January 17, 1976, she was united in marriage to John J. Drott, who preceded her in death on October 5, 2002. Rosemary was employed by Twin Disc for fourteen years, retiring in 1979.  Rosemary was a former member of St. Sebastian and St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. She enjoyed volunteering for Meals on Wheels and Toys for Tots.

Survivors include her stepson, John (Anne) Drott of Euless, TX; her stepdaughter, Susan (Jeff) Linsey of Racine; her step-grandchildren, Jill, Steve, Ray and Brian; brother, Bernard (Dorothy) Greninger of Racine; three sisters, Elizabeth Cline of Evanston, IL, Hildegaard Birkholz of Fond du Lac, Jean (Carl) Berendis of NC; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Marie. Polly and Celia.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 19, 2014, at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1533 Erie St., with Rev. Steve Varghese officiating. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Wednesday from 10 a.m. until time of Mass at the church. Private
interment will be held at Holy Angels Cemetery, West Bend, WI. Memorials to St. Joseph or St. Sebastian’s Catholic Church have been suggested by the family.
