Lynn White was born in Cottondale, Alabama, on August 10, 1939, and resided in Racine, Wisconsin for 43 years. She held various jobs throughout her life including owner of the Club Intrigue Nightclub which provided a social gathering for the community. She was outgoing, enjoyed cooking, dancing, and spending quality time with family. She moved to San Jose, California, in 1982 until she passed from this life on November 4, 2010.
Lynn leaves to cherish fond memories her companion of 25 years, Patrick Noble of San Jose, California; sisters Betty(Eddie) Archie of Racine, Wisconsin, and Judy Harris of Racine, Wisconsin; brothers, Joe (Lynn) Harris of Racine, Wisconsin, and Sylvester (Letha) Harris of San Jose, California; special friends, Erma T. Matt and Elsie Person of Racine, Wisconsin; Shirley Taylor, Jewell Showers and Corliss” Cookie” Manselle of San Jose, California; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Servella and Joseph Harris; brothers James, William and Clarence Harris; sisters, Rena Delays and Arzola Harris, of Racine, Wisconsin.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 13, 2010, at 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home with Dr. Charles E. Thornhill officiating. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Saturday at the funeral home from 10:30 a.m. until time of service at 11:30 a.m.
