Brett Allen Lackovich

Brett Allen Lackovich, age 24, passed away on Saturday, July 5, 2014. Brett was born in Racine on December 29, 1989, son of Peter J. Lackovich and Cindy (Nee: Sharkey) DeRose.

Brett was a graduate of William Horlick High School “Class of 2008” and had attended MSOE. Artistically inclined, Brett enjoyed drawing, but his true passion was music and playing his guitar. He will be deeply missed.

Survivors include his parents, Cindy (Ralph) DeRose, Peter Lackovich (Kim Johnson); his sister, Katelyn; his grandparents, John and Lorraine Lackovich; aunts and uncles, Jane Gerlach, John (Rita) Lackovich, Randy (Lisa) Sharkey, Kristy (Joe) Dederich; best friends, Sean Collins, Jeremy Newman; many cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 11, 2014, at noon at the funeral home. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Friday at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until time of service at noon.
