Sturtevant - George A. (Butch) Clark, 54, of Sturtevant, passed away on Oct. 1, after a hard-fought battle with cancer.
Born in Racine on June 16, 1956, to George and Cleo (Frazier), Mr. Clark was a lifelong resident of Racine and Sturtevant.
Mr. Clark worked in maintenance at the SC Johnson Waxdale plant for many years.
He is survived by his brother, Brian Clark of Sturtevant; sisters, Ruby (Jimmy) Gore of Spurger, Texas, and Sue (Mike) Woodard of Silsbee, Texas; niece, Tracey (Jerry) Gore of Silsbee, Texas; nephew, Shawn (Heidi) Abernathy of Somers; dear friends, Shirley Lanier, Eugene Perkins of Sturtevant, and Tony Chaudoir of Michigan; as well as numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Following cremation, Mr. Clark requested his ashes be scattered in a place that holds his fondest and happiest childhood memories.
