Adeline Capasso Storck

Germantown --Adeline “Addie” Capasso Storck, 95, a resident of Germantown, died peacefully while surrounded by her family on July 12, 2014, at Virginia Highlands in Germantown, WI.

Born on April 29, 1919, in Valders WI., she was the daughter of the late Angelo Raffaele (Ralph) and Adelia Spadafora DiChristopher.

On May 25, 1940, she would marry John C. Capasso. He would precede her in death in 1993.

She lived in Kenosha as a young child and moved to Racine after she married John, where she raised four  children and worked as a Department Manager for Goldblatt’s Department store and at Twin Disc as Purchasing Assistant until she retired.  
On August 31, 1997, at a young age of 78 she married Joseph Storck. He would precede her in death in 2006.

She was a member of St Rita’s Catholic Church in Racine.  Addie enjoyed dancing, bowling and travel and was a master of word puzzles.

She is survived by three daughters, Kathleen (Terry) Hempel of Menomonee Falls, WI, Donna Theisen of Racine, Denise (William) Schwarz of Las Vegas, NV; and one son, James J. (Sara) Capasso of Racine;  eight grandchildren, Cari Bush, Amy (Dean) Schwalenberg, Tyler (Mistie) Knight, Tracy (Kevin) Tock, Tina (Ken) Lewis, Nolan (Shara) Acklam, Craig (Kelly) Theisen, Jonathan and Sam Capasso;  eight great-grandchildren, Hope Anderson, Victoria Ortiz, Isabelle and Tanner Schwalenberg, Rylen Theisen, Byrce Tock, Keller and Nora Acklam; and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by brothers Raffaele, John “Jack,” Amedio “Ame,” Ralph Jr.; two sisters, Carmela Hanson, Hazel (Gerard) Sicillia; also several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

Complete services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 16, 2014.  Relatives and friends may meet with the family from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Funeral services will begin  at 11 a.m. followed by entombment at Holy Cross Mausoleum, Hwy 32.

The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to Virginia Highlands with a big thank you to Laura and Nancy and Hospice Advantage caregivers Julie, Kelly and Dawn for the loving and compassionate care given to our mother.
