Cory T. France

Cory T. France, age 51, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 27, 2013,  at his residence.  Cory was born in Racine, June 13, 1961, son of Thomas M. and Angeline M. (Nee:  LaBelle) France.

Cory was a graduate of William Horlick High School “Class of 1980.”  He was employed for thirty-one years by ISP until the plant closed, and most recently by Roma Lodge as a part-time bartender for the past three and a half years.  Cory enjoyed fishing, cooking, grilling out and the Green Bay Packers.  His greatest enjoyment came from the time spent with his  daughters and family.  He will be deeply missed.

Survivors include his daughters, Jessica and Miranda; mother of his children, Sandra France; his mother, Angie France; sisters and brother, Debra Schulien, David (Becky) France, Sally Thomas (fiancé, Jeff Patriarca); nieces and nephews, Devin and Alexander Schulien, Jason (Jenny)  France, Jenny (Mike) Jones; aunts, uncles, other relatives and dear friends.  He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas M. France.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, January 31, 2013, at 6 p.m. at St. Rita Catholic Church, 4339 Douglas Ave., with Rev. Jack Flynn officiating.  Interment will be held Friday at Holy Cross Cemetery, Hwy 32, at 9 a.m.  Relatives and friends may meet with the family Thursday at the church from 4 p.m. until time of Mass at 6 p.m.  Memorials to one’s favorite charity have been suggested.

To our extended family: We just want you to know that our hearts, thoughts, and prayers go out to all of you in this time of tragedy. Auntie Angie, Sally, and Debbie- the kids and I are SO SORRY for your loss. I remember how "cool" Cory always was to us when we were young. He will be dearly missed. Katie, Drew, Darin, and I have said many prayers for you and your close family. I love and miss you all! I'm so sorry! God Bless You all through Cory's call Home! Love and miss you all so much!
