Arlene M. (Farnsworth) Weber

Milwaukee -- Arlene Mae Weber passed away at her home on Sunday November 4, 2012, at the age of 75. She was born in Racine, Wisconsin, on August 17, 1937.

Arlene is survived by her two daughters, Lynn Marie Weber and Susan Leone Appleget; her two granddaughters, Shannon Lee Omdahl (Scheiss) and her husband, Nathan, and Kristen Elizabeth Appleget; four great-granddaughters Madison Omdahl, Katherine Omdahl, Brooklyn Omdahl, Gracy Rose Maldonado; one great-grandson, Joshua Richard Ruben Modl; one younger brother, Richard Farnsworth and wife, Barbara; one brother in-law, Le Roy Weber and wife, Rose Marie (Bolongia); four nephews, Mark Farnsworth, Ronald Farnsworth, James Farnsworth, Michael Weber; two nieces, Karen (Weber) Shelton, Patricia Weber; as well as several grand-nieces and nephews.

Arlene was preceded in death by her husband, Ruben, in November 2008; her mother, Dorothy Farnsworth (Van Marter); her father, Clarence Farnsworth; and her older brother, Clarence W.R. Farnsworth.

Arlene had been a lifelong resident of Racine until her retirement in January 1992 from Ametek-Lamb Electric. Upon retirement she and her husband, Ruben, built a new home in Hayward, WI, where they lived for ten years. In the fall of 2001 Arlene and Ruben sold their home in Hayward and moved to Milwaukee to live closer to their daughters.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 8, 2012, at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Private interment will be held at Graceland Cemetery. Relatives and friends are welcome to meet with the family for visitation on Thursday from 5 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Memorials to Locks of Love have been suggested by the family.
