Jean was born in Racine, July 16, 1930, daughter of the late August F. and Kathryn E. (Nee: Klass) Hoffman. On July 9, 1949 she was united in marriage to Cyril J. Quella Jr. who preceded her in death, March 3, 1998.Jean was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Above all Jean cherished time spent with her family. She will be deeply missed.
Survivors include her eight children and nineteen grandchildren, Thomas (Lynda) Quella of Necedah, WI, and their daughter, Candi (Ben) Quella-Jantz; Linda (Jim) Miller of Racine and their daughters, Jenny (Wes) Carroll, Becky (Kyle) Kasper; Vicky Quella of Racine and her son, Aaron Deno; Julieanne (Milan) Milosevic of Arizona and their children, Michael Milosevic, Peter Milosevic (Heather Lilla), Kai Milosevic; John (Sandy) Quella of Valmy, WI, and their children, Sarah Quella, Amanda Quella, Steven Quella,; Dan (Maureen) Quella of Racine and their daughters, Calli Quella, Caiti Quella; Carter (Brita) Quella of Roanoke, TX, and their children, Carson Hughes, Jacq Quella, Cort Quella; Patrick (Carolyn) Quella of Germantown, WI, and their children, Sam Quella, Simon Quella, Grace Quella, and Kelly Quella; three great-grandchildren, PJ Carroll, Shawn Carroll, and Eva Milosevic; three brothers, George (Mickey) Hoffman, James Hoffman, Roger (Ronnie) Hoffman, all of Racine; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, June 5, 2008, 1:30 P.M. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. and Thursday at the funeral home from 1:00 P.M. until time of service.
