On June 14, 1947, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Racine she was united in marriage to Orlaf S. Zeman who preceded her in death, January 26, 2004. She was employed by the Racine Court House for many years. She was a longtime member of St. Edward Catholic Church. Trudy loved reading, cross-stitch and knitting for her family which she enjoyed until her final days. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed. Survivors include her three children, Kathleen Zeman of Muskego, WI, Mark (Karen) Zeman of Delafield, WI, Jane Zeman of Mukwonago, WI; her three grandchildren, Cory Moore, Justin Zeman, Nathan Zeman; three step-grandchildren, Caroline Onzik, Erich Onzik, Kristi Onzik; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by four sisters and two brothers.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, March 29, 2010, at St. Edward Catholic Church, 1430 Grove Ave., at 11 a.m. with Rev. Allen Bratkowski officiating. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Garden Mausoleum, Hwy 32. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Monday at the church from 10 a.m. until time of Mass at 11 a.m. Memorials to St. Edward Catholic Church or to Angels Grace Hospice, W359 N7430 Brown Street, Oconomowoc, WI 53066 have been suggested.
