He was a graduate of Racine Lutheran High School “Class of 1974.” Kris was employed as a machinist at Thermal Transfer for over 13 years. He was a proud member of Pheasants Forever, The Eagle Lake Shooting Preserve and found great enjoyment in hunting and fishing in Door County.Kris is survived by his sister, Freda (Allan) Roberts of Racine; two brothers, Arnie (Barbara) Christiansen of Franksville and Ralph (Cindy) Christiansen of Racine. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
Kris was preceded in death by his father, Arnold, on September 27, 1993; mother, Agnes, on February 16, 2010; two nephews; and his canine companion and dear friend, Houston.
In keeping with Kris’s wishes, private services were held at Sturino Funeral Home. Kris was laid to rest at Graceland Cemetery next to his mother, Agnes.
