Nancy L. (Webber) Reinhardt

Madison -- Nancy L. Reinhardt, age 59, passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2012, at the University of Wisconsin Hospital. Nancy was born in Racine on November 21, 1952, daughter of Wayne and Sophia (nee: Gurosh) Webber.

Nancy was a proud graduate of St. Catherine’s High School, “Class of 1970.” On March 1, 1975, at St. Rose Catholic Church in Racine, she was united in marriage to the love of her life, Ronald G. Reinhardt. Nancy was employed in the President’s office at Madison College for sixteen years. She was an active member of Gilda’s Club and Team Survivor. In her spare time, Nancy enjoyed golfing and bowling. Above all, Nancy loved her time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be missed dearly.

Survivors include her loving husband of nearly thirty-seven years, Ron; her daughters, Tracy (Todd) Albers of Racine, Cassie Reinhardt (fiancé, Arthur Mason) of Madison; grandchildren, Brody and Addison; mother, Sophia (Eugene) Simon of Racine; brothers, Alfred Webber of Carmel, IN, Alan (Amy) Webber of Hubertus; brother-in-law, Rick Reinhardt of Union Grove; sister-in-law, Debbie (Mike) Rudan of Racine; her Godmother, Delores DePatie of Racine; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Nancy was preceded in death by her father, Wayne; and her sister-in-law, Linda Webber.

Memorial services will be held at Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, 322 Ohio St., Racine, on Saturday, March 3, 2012, at noon. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the church Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Family Children’s Hospital “Beat Childhood Cancer Fund” have been suggested.

The family extends a special thank you to Amber Bradley and the Agrace Hospice Care Team, Dr. William Schelman, Kathy Rothering, the staff at UW Carbone Cancer Center, and all of the staff in the palliative care unit at UW-Hospital.
