Willie E. Miller

Willie E. Miller, age 56, passed away Saturday, February 25, 2012, at his residence. Willie was born in Cleveland, Mississippi, on January 10, 1956, son of Willie B. and Lois (Nee: Morgan) Miller. On March 20, 1986, he was united in marriage to Audrey Harris. He was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey, and his father, Willie B Miller. Willie was last employed at Warren Industries Inc.

Survivors include his mother, Lois; his children, Willie Lee Miller, Yolanda Miller, Keith (Shannon) Penniex Jr., Tiffany Harris, Makeshia Penniex; 21 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 7 sisters, Yvonne Berryman, Barbara Miller, Marcella Miller, Nancy Miller, Denise (Mar’ion) Price, Patricia Miller, Bertha Foster; three brothers, Douglas Miller, Christopher (Cheryl) Miller, Willie C. Foster;and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 3, 2012, at 10 a.m. at Greater St. Luke’s Baptist Church, 1326 State St., with Rev. Wilie Scaife officiating. Private interment will be held. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Saturday at the church from 9 a.m. until time of service at 10 a.m.
