Mrs. Margaret Louise Rick, 70, passed way on Monday, February 7, 2011, at Hospice House in Kenosha. She was born in Racine on May 11, 1940, to the late Arthur and Evelyn (nee: Kingsly) Meyer. She was united in marriage to George Rick in Racine on July 24, 1976.
She is survived by a son, Robert (Darla) Bartlett; grandchildren, Jessica and Nicolas Cummings and Jackie Chartrand; several great-grandchildren; step-children, Steven (Debrora) Rick, Mary Santas, James Rick, and Becky (Carmen) Spagnola; sisters, Cheryl Krakis, Pat Parko of Tampa Bay, FL, Marilyn Tomaloff; sister-in-law, Alergia Meyer; special friend, Scott Santas; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Rick; brother, John Meyer; brothers-in-law, Eugene Krakis, Joe Tomaloff and Louie Parko.
Funeral services will be held at the Wilson Funeral Home on Monday, February 14, 2011, at 11 a.m. with Chaplain Terry officiating. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Monday from 9 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated.
