Anissa Marie Morgan

Anissa Marie Morgan, age 15, passed away Saturday, April 3, 2010, following an automobile accident. Anissa was born in Racine, August 30, 1994, daughter of LaValle Morgan and Jessica Kyles.

Anissa was currently a sophomore at William Horlick High School.  Anissa was a loving young lady with a big heart and will forever be remembered for her outgoing and humorous personality, her feisty nature, and constant connection to everyone on the phone.  She also loved to cook, loved to do hair and was a wonderful caretaker of her pet dogs, Sammy and Princio. Her future goals included learning how to shoot pool, to be a professional chef and nurse.  Most of all, Anissa will be remembered for her smile that would radiate the room.  

Survivors include her loving parents, LaValle Morgan and Jessica Kyles; her grandparents, Matthew (Estela) Kyles, Larry (Veronica) Morgan; aunts and uncles, Michelle Kyles-Asberry, Angela Kyles, Dexter Montgomery, Larry Morgan Jr., Steven (Judy) Morgan, Anthony Morgan; cousins, Marshauna Kyles, Marquon Kyles, Shikeyla Kyles, Keiera Egerson, Kirah Egerson, Shabrae Montgomery, Alesha Montgomery, Dashaun Harris, Marissa Morgan, Desiree Morgan, Melissa Morgan, Destiny Morgan, Marques Morgan, Daranna Harris, Jay-Den Morgan; Godparents, Aunt Gloria Podhola; and cousin, Michael Podhola; great aunts, great uncles and great cousins, other relatives, and many dear friends.  Anissa was preceded in death by her very best friend,  Rachael Andersen.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, April 12, 2010, at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, 801 College Ave., with Rev. Ricardo Esteban officiating.  Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the church for visitation on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Hwy 32.  Memorials to the family have been suggested.
