Martha M. (Micnovicz) Larrin

Martha M. Larrin, age 91, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2013, at Froedtert Hospital. She was born in Racine, WI, on August 23, 1922, and daughter of the late Victor and Antonia (Nee: Ptak) Micnovicz.

Martha graduated from Wm Horlick High School and prior to her marriage worked at Hamilton Beach.  On November 16, 1946, Martha was united in marriage to Roy J. Larrin at St. Rita’s Catholic Church.  Together they raised five children.  Martha was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed.

Surviving are her husband of 67 years, Roy; four children, Paula Ann Howard of Shorewood, Kenneth R, Larrin of Port Orchard, Washington, Diane (David) Nelson of Kokomo, Indiana, Richard (Sally) Larrin of Racine; grandchildren:, Bryant (Camille) Kerr, Michael (Jennifer) Kerr, Heather Larrin, Michelle Nelson, Kimberly Hunter, Robert Larrin Evinic, Benjamin Larrin, Jason Larrin and Josh Larrin; 18 great grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; one step-great-grandchild; a brother, Edward (Patricia) Micnovicz; sister-in-law, Katie Kelly; nieces, nephews, other relatives .  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Lorette Evinic; three sisters, Bertha Langenfeld, Ella Krivich, Agnes Atkinson; and twp brothers, Walter and Stanley Micnovicz.

Visitation and funeral services will be held on Friday, November 22, 2013, at the funeral home. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until the start of the funeral service at 6 p.m.  Private entombment will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery, Hwy 32.

The family would like to thank Dr. Muntz, and all the doctors and nursing staff at Froedtert Hospital who assisted Martha and family with this new transition in life.
