Rosemarie K. Larsen, age 87, passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2013, at Wheaton Franciscan – All Saints Medical Center.
Rosemarie was employed by Wheary and Hartman Luggage, Mamco Corporation, and O & H Danish Bakery. She was an avid bowler who worked the women’s city and state bowling tournaments in Racine. Rosemarie belonged to the Racine Zoo Auxiliary and helped to operate the zoo gift shop with other zoo auxiliary members.
Survivors include her son, Jack A. Larsen of Racine; brother, Richard (Barbara) Larsen of Racine; other relatives and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers and one sister.
Private services were held with interment at Graceland Cemetery. Memorials to the Racine Zoo have been suggested.
