Anne M. (Horvath) Novak

Anne Novak, age 95, passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2014, at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints Medical Center. Ann was born In Ethel, West Virginia, on April 8, 1918, daughter of the late John and Anne (Nee: Vereb) Horvath.

On April 17, 1937, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, she was united in marriage to Leo J. Novak, who preceded her in death on April 7, 1994. Anne was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be dearly missed.

Survivors include her grandchildren, Ryan Meekma (Deanna), Gary (Sharon) Meekma, Lori (Lee) Musurlian; her great-grandchildren, Katlyn Meekma, Kyle, Trevor and Morgan Meekma, Conner and Nina Musurlian; sister-in-law, Shirley Horvath; nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter and son-in-law, Betty (Bill) Meekma; brothers, John Horvath, Jim (Rose) Horvath; sisters, Mary (Russell) Gladyes and Rose (Warren) Christiansen.

Private services were held with interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Hwy 32.
