Bevan T. Wishaw, 90, passed away on Friday, July 29, 2011, at Lincoln Village.
Bevan was born in Racine to the late F. Harrison and Edith (nee: Thomas) Wishaw on June 14, 1921, and lived in the area his whole life. He was a graduate of William Horlick High School Class of 1939. On July 3, 1948, he was united in marriage to Doraine Cole, who passed away on March 24, 1976. He later married Louise Young on September 2, 1978; she passed away on October 8, 1999.
Mr. Wishaw was employed at J.I. Case until his retirement in 1983. He was a member of Plymouth Congregational Church.
Bevan will be dearly missed by his son, Scott Wishaw; daughter, Susan Wishaw; and granddaughter, Stephanie Conradt. He was preceded in death by his wives, Doraine Cole Wishaw and Louise Young Wishaw.
Funeral services in honor of Bevan will be held at Wilson Funeral Home on Wednesday, August, 3, 2011, at 10 a.m. Memorials may be directed to Friends of the Wind Point Lighthouse.
