She was a born in Elizabeth, NJ, on August 25, 1922, the daughter of John and Mary (nee: Jablonski) Stefaniak. Angela moved with her second husband to Racine, his boyhood home, in 1965. She enjoyed sewing, Polish cooking and homemaking. Although Angela will be sadly missed here, God’s kitchen has received and wonderful cook and baker.Dearest mother of Marie (Roger) Stewart, Lou (Annie) Jacobsen, Elaine (Mark) Helminiak, Susan (Jim) Sukopp and Barbara Jacobsen. Beloved grandmother of Sara and Emily Stewart, Mallory and Lou Jacobsen IV, and Stacy (Matt)Dennis. Adoring great-grandmother to Dominic Dennis. She is further survived by other loving relatives and dear friends.
Angela was preceded in death by her loving husbands; Louis S. Jacobsen and Peter J. Wolent.
A memorial service will be held at Sturino Funeral Home on Saturday, January 31, 2009, at noon. There will be a visitation at the funeral home on Saturday from 11 a.m. until time of service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Angela’s name should be made to the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation, 1359 Broadway, Suite 1509, New York, NY 10018.
