Angeline F. Burdick, age 81, passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2009, at her residence. Angeline was born in Racine, WI, on March 9, 1928, daughter of the late Joseph and Pauline Fazzari. Angeline was a lifelong Racine resident relocating to Ellsworth WI with her daughter nine years ago.
Angeline was a graduate of William Horlick High School. On July 30, 1955, in Racine she was united in marriage to James Burdick who preceded her in death, February 8, 1978. Angeline and Jim owned and operated Racine Offset Printing for twenty-five years. She retired from Massey Ferguson. Angeline was a member of Vittoria Colona. Her pastimes included gardening, golfing and bocce. Above all she was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who will be dearly missed.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Kim (Pat) Motley; her grandchildren, Amy (Eric) Duchnowski, Pat “P.J.” (Tricia) Motley; her five great-grandchildren, Xavier, Alex, Alyssa, Patrick and Taylor, all of Ellsworth, WI; brothers, Frank (Ginny) Fazzari of MO, Ralph (Della) Fazzari of SC; sisters-in-law, Mary Ellen Zickus of Racine, Jane Fazzari of AZ, and Kate Fazzari of TX; nieces, nephews other relatives and dear friends. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death in death by her brothers, Louis and Richard Fazzari.
Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Friday, October 2, 2009, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Members of Vittoria Colona will hold a service at 6 p.m. Private interment will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery, Hwy 32.
