Tracy loved teaching and was a Preschool teacher at Northside Preschool for many years. More than anything she treasured time spent with her grandchildren and will forever be remembered as a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. She will be dearly missed.Survivors include her parents and their spouses, Robert (Alexandra) Franck of South Carolina, Bette (Gerald) Dodge of KY; the father of her children, Charles V. Palmer-Ball II; her children, Nicky (Jeremy) Ichen, Charles V. Palmer-Ball III; her two grandchildren, Cole and Ella Ichen; brothers, Bob (Rebekah) Franck Jr., Jeff (Anne) Franck, Kurt Franck, all of KY; sister, Holly Franck of KY; brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, Marion H. (Patricia) Palmer-Ball Jr., Robert B. Palmer-Ball, John D. (Cathy ) Palmer-Ball, Wayne S. Palmer-Ball, Bruce E. (Anetra) Palmer-Ball; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
Funeral services will be held at Grace Church, 3626 Hwy 31, on Tuesday, September 8, 2009, at 11 a.m. with Rev. Jim Olson officiating. Interment will be held at Calvary Cemetery, Louisville, KY. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Monday from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. and Tuesday at the church from 9:30 a.m. until time of service.
