Our angel sent from God, Pablo Rodriguez, age 48, passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2011, at Wheaton Franciscan-All Saints Medical Center, after suffering cerebral palsy his entire life. Pablo was born in Racine, July 22, 1962, son of Pedro B. and Esperanza (Nee: Sanchez) Rodriguez.
Survivors include his mother, Esperanza; brothers and sisters, Pedro (JoAnn) Rodriguez, Jesse Rodriguez, Mary (Rick) Pace, Graciela Kilb, Esperanza (Morris) Reece, Martha (Dale) Hubert, Sylvia (Doug) Gehrz, Gloria Rodriguez, Rebecca Griffith; special uncle and aunts, Juan Sanchez, Maria Ayala, Consuelo Valdez; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Pedro Rodriguez; sister-in-law, Gina Rodriguez; and brother-in-law, Harold Kilb.
He was loved dearly and will be missed by his entire family.
Funeral services will be held Monday, May 9, 2011, at 11 a.m. at the Racine Assembly of God, 1325 N. Airline Road, with Rev. Scott Brownell officiating. Private interment will be held. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Monday at the church from 10 a.m. until time of service. Memorials to the Southern Wisconsin Center have been suggested.
Pablo’s family wishes to send their gratitude to his extended family who cared for him at the Southern Wisconsin Center and staff at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints Medical Center for their loving and compassionate care.
