On January 21, 1981, in Racine she was united in marriage to Kenneth D. Rosenow. Susan enjoyed Harleys, collecting, and was an avid Packers fan. Susan dedicated her life to her family and treasured time spent with them. She will forever be remembered as a goodhearted, loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed.Survivors include her husband, Ken; her five children, Angela (Bill) Petersen, Jeremy Schabel, Eric (Amy) Rosenow, Heather Rosenow, and Evan Rosenow; her grandchildren, Billy and Abby, Kayley, Zachary, and Jeremy Jr., Mya, Shawn, Brian, Dustin, and Dalton; brother, Steven Prochaska; sisters, Patti Drought, Tammi (Joe) Wolnik; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Alan (Carol) Rosenow, Bonnie (Earl) Houck; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Shirley Kay; and brother, Michael Prochaska.
In celebration of Susan’s life, relatives and friends are welcome to meet Saturday, November 14, 2009, at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to nurse Robin from Vitas Hospice for her loving and compassionate care and all of her relatives and friends for their support during this difficult time.
