Dennis Fredrick Shamroski, 67, passed away at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare – All Saints on Monday, February 2, 2009.
Dennis was born in Chicago, Illinois, on August 18, 1941, and had lived in Racine for about 14 years. In Racine, he was united in marriage to Bonnie Ballewske in March of 2002.
Mr. Shamroski was employed in the vending profession for over 30 years and retired in 2003.
Dennis is survived by his wife, Bonnie; his son, Jason (Stephanie); three grandchildren, Samantha, Diana and Kevin; his step-daughter, Melissa (Dan) Montey; other relatives; and friends.
Funeral services will be held at the Wilson Funeral Home on Wednesday evening, February 4, 2009, at 7 p.m. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until service time. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
