Pauline M. (Learned) Resch

Pauline M. Resch, age 71, passed away Thursday, February 26, 2009, at Ridgewood Care Center. Pauline was born in Pearson, WI, on September 24, 1937, daughter of the late Earl and Cora (Nee: Macintosh) Learned. On August 27, 1955, she was united in marriage to Robert P. Resch. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be sadly missed.

Survivors include her husband, Robert; her three children, Lonnie (Sandy) Resch, Doreen (Dave) Lee, all of Racine, Corene (Steve) Trowbridge of Mt. Morris, WI; her six grandchildren, Robert and Tyler, Brian, Michelle, Jennifer and Aaron; her five great-grandchildren, Jade, Jordan, Lexus, Lanie and Lathan; sister, Ivy (Sy) Kirchenwitz of Tucson, AZ; sisters-in-law, Vi Resch, Jean Now, Rosie Zemke; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her two sisters, Joy Pupak, Carol Resch; and two brothers, Paul and Arland Learned.

Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 3, 2009, at 11:30 a.m. with Rev. Daniel Hinrichs officiating. Entombment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until time of service.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the entire staff at Ridgewood Care Center for their loving and compassionate care given to Pauline.
