Kenosha- Mr. Neils K. Madsen, 95, passed away at Golden Living Care Center of Kenosha on Tuesday, February 24, 2009.
Mr. Madsen was born to the late John and Rose (nee: Miller) Madsen on March 18, 1912, in Racine. He was united in marriage to Frances Adelman on December 31, 1938. Mr. Madsen was employed at Styberg Engineering for over 36 years until his retirement in 1973.
Neils is survived by one son, John Madsen of Racine; and one sister, Linda Schilke. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Madsen; and daughter-in-law, Gail Jean Madsen.
Private services for the family were held on Saturday, February 28, 2009. Internment will be at West Lawn Memorial Park.
