Tony was born in Racine on August 15, 1948, to Anthony J. and Jenidean (nee, Southern) DeLaat, Sr. Tony was employed by J.I. Case Company for over 30 years where he was a proud and active member of UAW Local 180.
Tony is survived by his sons, Brian (Kerensa) DeLaat and James (Leticia Espinoza) DeLaat; step-sons, Mathew Kaufman and Bradley (Kimberly) Kaufman; grandchildren, Casey, Demetra, Angeline and Lilly; step-grandchildren, Jeremy, Madchen, Meghan, Marah and Mitchell; and sister, James (Elizabeth) Bonczkowski. Tony is also survived by many other members of the DeLaat and Robers families in the Racine and Kenosha area, other relatives and friends.
A memorial gathering for Tony will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, June 17, 2009, from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. A private family inurnment will take place. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
