Patrick J. Moore

Patrick J. Moore, age 68, passed away Sunday, June 21, 2009, at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints Medical Center. He was born in Sturgeon Bay, WI, on May 19, 1941, son of the late Millard and Lucy (Nee: Wahl) Moore.

Pat attended St. Norbert’s College and had served in the National Guard. He was employed as a semi truck driver by Ganton Technologies for a number of years, retiring in 2005. He was a member of UAW Local 627 and a member of the American Legion, Post 494. Pat was a board member of the Washington Highlands Condominium Assn. and also was a former auctioneer. He will be dearly missed.

Surviving are his son, Michael T. Moore of San Diego, CA; three sisters, Colleen (Richard) Cornette of Sturgeon Bay, WI, Linda (Donald) Fett of Wickenburg, AZ, Michele (Roger) Stoeger of Wales, WI; nieces, nephews, special friends, Jill and Gene Meier, Dan Schuebel and John Wooley; other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Monday, June 29, 2009, at 11 a.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 4767 Dunn Rd, Sturgeon Bay, WI (Hwy 57, 7 miles north of Sturgeon Bay) with Reverend Anthony Birdsall officiating. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Monday at the church from 10 a.m. until time of Mass.
