Appleton - Ms. June Kitchingman, 97 passed away on June 8, 2009, at Rennes Health and Rehab Center.
June Kitchingman was born in Racine on July 4, 1911, to the late Ray and Mildred (nee: Sodomka) Kitchingman and lived in Racine for over 95 years.
Ms. Kitchingman was employed at Von Schrader Co. where she served as vice president until her retirement. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church and was a volunteer at St. Luke's Hospital for many years.
June is survived by her niece, Jill (Harry) Sakalares of Atlanta, GA; cousins, Ellen (Paul) Andersen and Mary (Jim) Castillo, all of Appleton. She was preceded in death by her brother, Buddy (Dorothy) Kitchingman of Racine.
Funeral services for Ms. Kitchingman will be held on Friday, June 12, 2009, at Wilson Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Graceland Cemetery. Relatives and friends can meet with the family from 1 pm until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to First Presbyterian Church or the Salvation Army.
