MILWAUKEE – Carol Joan Hoffman-Tully, 83, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2009. She was born in Milwaukee on August 27, 1925, the daughter of Elmer and Amanda (nee: Berg) Hoffman.
Carol was united in marriage to Loren “Bill” Tully in Racine on October 12, 1942.
Surviving are four daughters, Billie (Thomas) Peterson of Grafton, Colleen (Terry) Maleshafske, Kathleen Montey, and Darleen Tully (Eric), all of Milwaukee; eight grandchildren, Lisa, Janette, Deborah, Tyler, Christopher, Jennifer, Kimberly and Heather; and twelve great-grandchildren.
Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Bill, on September 13, 2004; brother, Robert; sister, Violet; and grandson, James.
Funeral Services will be held at Sturino Funeral Home on Thursday, July 2, 2009, at 10:45 a.m. Burial will follow at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery. There will be a visitation on Thursday, before services from 9:45 a.m. until time for service.
