He recently graduated college as a CNC Machinist and was known as an avid bowler and sports fan who loved the Packers, Brewers and NASCAR. Other hobbies included travel, especially to Las Vegas, and cookouts. But most of all, he loved his family and was known as a man with a “heart of gold.”
Dale will be dearly missed by his mother, Florine; brothers, David and Daniel (Heather); sister, Mary; nieces and nephews, Jill, Dawn, Savanna, Ashley, Makayla, Cashmere, Alana, Dashaun, Jaliyah, Aaron, Jeremy, Jonathan, Austin, Amber and Andrew; best friends, Tommy D., Todd, Tony, Tarz and Ken as well as numerous cousins and other good friends.
He was preceded in death by his fathers, Floyd Summerford and John Bearden; and his sister, Debra Summerford.
Funeral Services in memory of Dale will be held at Wilson Funeral Home on Thursday, March 17, 2011, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Frank Williams officiating. Interment will be at West Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet the family on Wednesday, March 16, 2011, from 6-8 p.m. and again on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
Memorials in honor of Dale may be directed to the family.
