Fred Earl Shelton

Fred Earl Shelton, age 65, passed away Monday, July 28, 2008 at Wheaton Franciscan- All Saints Medical Center. Fred was born in Colfax, LA, April 10, 1943, son of the late Nat and Grace Ann (Nee: Mills) Shelton II. He was employed by Warren Packaging for seventeen years.

Survivors include his two sisters, Louvenia Barker of GA, Deanere (Larry) Johnson of Milwaukee; two brothers, John L. Shelton, Gilbert (Mary) Shelton, all of LA; two sisters-in-law, Nellie Shelton and Lauradell Shelton; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 7 brothers and 2 sisters.

Funeral services will be held at the Dominion Church of God MPGT, 402 9th Street, Tuesday, August 5, 2008, at noon with Rev. Joseph Thomas of New Brighter Day Baptist Church, Kenosha, officiating. Private interment will be held. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the church on Tuesday from 11 a.m. until time of service.
