William E. Cline

William E. Cline, 73, passed away at his home on Thursday, February 19, 2009.

Bill was born in West Allis on December 23, 1935, to John T. and Ida H. (nee, Vincent) Cline. He married the former Bonnie L. Mortenson on December 5, 1969. Bill was a Millwright by trade working for over twenty years with Local 2834 in Denver, CO, and the last 23 years with Local 161 in Kenosha. He worked throughout the west in Colorado, Wyoming, California, and in Illinois and Wisconsin and was highly regarded by his fellow workers, spending some of his time training apprentices. Bill was a member of the Masonic Lodge #17 in Pueblo, CO, was a 32nd Degree Mason and member of the Shriner's. He loved to participate in parades with the Shiner’s Motorcycles.

Bill is the beloved husband of Bonnie L. Cline; loving father of Dawn Marie Bollini of Minneapolis, MN, and Tammy Lee Gross of Albuquerque, NM; grandchildren, A.J. Colletti and Tara Colletti of Pueblo, CO, Amber Gross and Jake Hilderbrand of Albuquerque, NM, and Logan Smith of Minneapolis, MN; great-grandson, Parker Rider of Albuquerque, NM; best friends, of Michael Timler and Bill Baumann. Bill is also survived by other relatives and many friends and will be sadly missed by his dogs, Buffy and Brandy.

Private family services were held with Bill’s brother-in-law, Rev. P.J. Mortenson officiating.
