Carla Marie Carson

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS – Carla Marie (nee: Roy) Carson, 43, currently of Chicago, formerly a long time resident of Racine, passed away on September 23, 2008, unexpectedly at her mother’s home. She was born in Milwaukee County on November 25, 1964, the daughter of Carl and JoAnn (nee: Petersen) Roy.

Carla was a graduate of Erik of Norway and had been employed as a hairdresser at Mr. David Hair Salon for many years. She loved music, movies, concerts, animals, flowers and the Minnesota Vikings. Carla was a very artistic, unique and loving person with a great sense of humor.

Surviving are her daughter, Erin Roy; grandchildren, Jesiah and Elanah; parents; brother, Brett (Michele) Roy; sister, Kris Martinez; longtime companion, Larry Polo; and two aunts, Roberta and Kim. She is further survived by other relatives and friends.

Carla was preceded in death by her grandparents and Uncle Chris.
