She was born in Austin, Texas on November 27, 1928, the daughter of Matias Vasquez and Monica Andrada Luna. Victoria was united in marriage to Carlos Moran. She was a member of LaPrimeda Iglesia. Victoria was a caregiver and loved spending time with her family.Surviving are her children, Esther Munoz, Juan Navarro, Yolanda Guerra, Maria (Manuel) Matinez, Alex Moran, Janie Barrios, Jerome Guerra, Gloria (Juventino) Salas, Josie Garcia, Jose Guerra, Tammy Stephan and Mark Sandoval; 28 grandchildren; 50 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services have taken place with burial at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.
Memorials to All Saints Healthcare Foundation, Dialysis, 1320 Wisconsin Ave., Racine, WI 53403 have been suggested.
